Job Description
Automatic General Services Co. recruits supervisors for commercial, government, industrial and facility operations across Kuwait.
Supervisors coordinate daily operations, lead on-site teams, maintain service standards and act as the primary link between client management and field staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and team assignments on site
- Enforce safety, quality and conduct standards
- Conduct client liaison and service review meetings
- Prepare shift reports and escalate operational issues
- Support onboarding, briefing and corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement of site procedures
